Crabbers Sunset Pineapple Tutorial
So I got a bit creative when coming up with beautiful drink to sell to customers at an event I work behind the scenes at. This is what I came up with... The Crabbers Sunset Pineapple.
Ingredients:
Whole Pineapple (Dole Super Sweet), sugar, whole strawberries, orange juice (extra pulp), pineapple spears, Ciroc Pineapple, Ciroc Summer Colada Minis, whipped cream, maraschino cherries.
Supplies Needed:
A Fantastic Blender (Ninja), a pineapple corer, a metal straw, a skewer, storage bowls (small/medium/large), a knife and saran wrap.
Prepare A Day Ahead:
Soak sliced and whole strawberries in sugar and Pineapple flavored Ciroc. Soak fresh pineapple in Pineapple flavored Ciroc. Freeze fresh pineapple chunks and the entire cored pineapple.
Assemble the Sunset Pineapple
Blend the frozen pineapple chunks with orange juice, adding more OJ or vodka until you reach the desired consistency (too runny won't hold the garnish). Spoon the smoothie into the frozen hollow pineapple. Top with the Ciroc-spiked strawberry slices, add whipped cream and a cherry, then garnish with skewered Ciroc-spiked pineapple chunks and a spiked whole strawberry. Finish with a metal straw and a Ciroc Colada mini.
